Day 27 - Finally made it to the movies!

All is continuing to go well...(knock on wood)

We finally made it to the movies today... Ryan picked Transformers, which was disjoint and strange (especially since I haven't seen the other 4), but I got to watch Mark Wahlberg for almost 3 hours, so I'm totally not complaining...

After the movie, we went to Target, where Ryan got to ride in the motorized scooter... apparently, it's time we started to teach him how to drive, because he kept bumping into things... But, we weren't kicked out, so I take that as a good sign.

He was pretty wiped out by the end of the day, but it was a good day, and he is still doing well.  Today was the end of our Oxycodone wean, so I hope he doesn't start having withdrawal symptoms tomorrow.  (we have a little extra, if necessary, but I hope he doesn't need it)  Patrick and I have gotten into our evening routine for his TPN, just like we did at home, and it's starting to feel somewhat normal.

The weather was nice in Seattle, especially compared to the heat that seems to be beating up Montana right now.  And we are just so grateful for the opportunity to get out and breathe.

Thank you all for the continued prayers and good thoughts...
