Day 93 - Feeling better
We were admitted yesterday for nausea, and after a day of IV meds, Ryan is feeling much better. He slept most of the day, and doesn't seem to be throwing up anymore, which is totally awesome. He hasn't had much sleep in the last few days, so sleep is the best thing for him right now. The nurses are taking really good care of him, which is allowing Patrick a bit of a break as well.
His ANC is still dropping (down to 810 today), which is not unexpected. They might give him GCSF, which is a med that helps bring that ANC back up where we like it. Otherwise, his electrolytes are stable and they are really happy with how he is doing. They are keeping him tonight and may keep him through Monday, depending on how it's going.
Patrick brought some popcorn to see if they wanted to watch a movie, but Ryan asked if he could just sleep. So all is going well!
Thanks for the continued prayers and good thoughts!

A little rest doesn't hurt anyone, especially a boy that is healing :) That must be an awesome hospital with what you tell about how they take care of Ryan, so luck to be there. Glad Patrick is getting a little break from constant medicating for the boy. both will feel better :) Prayers going up for all of you, as we did last night at mass. LUV U all
