Day 107 - Trip to the Lego Store

We woke up late, and decided not to hit the zoo today (maybe tomorrow).  Instead, we headed into Bellevue to the Lego Store!  Ryan has been doing so well, we decided to let him pick out a new project.  He walked all over the store, back and forth.  We told him that he could only pick one project, so he picked a new Technic rover, which uses motors to move parts.  It's a little more advanced, but he really likes making it move...

He also ended up with a new water bottle and a little keychain with a lego guy on it, and a free 'piggy bank' made out of legos.  Not a bad haul!

We had lunch (at Chick-Fil-A again... we can't get enough!) and got some other errands done.  Then, came back to the apartment and let him get started on his new projects.  I love that he is feeling good enough to build things.  Last free day is tomorrow, and then clinic on Monday.  Praying that his platelets have come back up enough to start the next phase of chemo on Tuesday.

Thank you all for the continued prayers and good thoughts!
