Day 177 - Getting out of the house.
The boys decided to get out of the house for a few hours. They headed up to the roof first, to get me a picture (in the off chance that Patrick forgot to take anymore pictures)... Then they headed over to Red Robin (Yum...) where Ryan ate tons of fries with Tobasco sauce and Red Robin Seasoning... Burning hot, but he was so proud of himself!
They then headed to Target to get comfy flannel sheets... Patrick said he was missing his electric blanket, but the flannel sheets would help.
Finally, they headed to the store to get supplies for pumpkin pie. Of course, he didn't have a mixer, or a pie tin, or any seasonings, or really anything to make pies, so he ended up spending way too much for a pie. But, hey, it's only money, right? :)
I'm so grateful that they got out and had fun together! I know that it's hard for both boys, but they are being so strong!
Thank you all for the continued prayers and good thoughts!

wow that kid does like hot sauce !!! Oh well the pie making experience is making memories, priceless :) I like my flannel sheets in the winter also, but I do have an electric blanket also!! that may have to be his next investment! That roof top sure seems nice place to spend time---when it isn't raining in Seattle. Prayers going up for all of you LUV U all
