Day 200 - Clinic and platelets
The boys went to clinic today. (They had an appointment for PT and OT, but forgot to wake up, so they missed that one)
Clinic went well. Ryan's ANC was great, but his platelets were really low. So, he got more platelets today to 'tank him up'. The doctor says that he's doing great. We are scheduled for more chemo in the next two weeks, but that depends on how his platelets do. If they stay low, we might delay another week. Once we can finally start this next phase, we have about 3 months left. There is about 40 days in the next phase, and then whatever plan we decide on for the replacement for radiation. So, we are looking at finishing up around February. That is, of course, dependent on any delays we have during the next phase.
All seems to be going well, and the boys might finally make it to the movies!
Thank you all for the continued prayers and good thoughts!
