Everything in Seattle looks good. We are scheduled for his first dose of this last phase early next week. The IV will be followed by another spinal tap, so we are going to stay on the IV blood clotting med until then. Hopefully, once we finish the spinal tap, we can start weaning him off that med. We will replace it with a shot that he can get outside the hospital, so he can finally go back to the apartment.
It has been an interesting visit out here. Ryan has been inpatient for the last 3 months or so, and he is so independent. While we've been over there a lot in the last 2-3 days, he really doesn't need us. As a mom, it's a little hard to handle. But, I'm happy that he's 'growing up'. It will be very interesting when he gets back home and has to follow a schedule again... poor thing...
My flight gets back to Great Falls tomorrow, so I'm hoping the weather cooperates... Not looking forward to landing the plane in a blizzard...

YES, on to the last phase :) :) Prayers that it goes well and they can come back home. Glad you had a great time over there, and that little stinker of a son is growing up, darn that always happens !!! Prayers for an uneventful trip home.
