Day 304 - It's hard to leave
I made it back to Montana today... It's always hard to leave the boys, but I'm hoping it won't be for much longer.
Patrick chatted with the doctors at rounds today. While Ryan's liver numbers are going up (which is not good), they are not too concerned yet. We are still planning on chemo on Tuesday, but we might push that off if they go any higher tomorrow. He's still feeling good, so that is always a good sign.
We are also spoiled this week in that the oncologist taking care of us is also our primary oncologist. (There are about 5-6 oncologists that switch weekly. We always like it when it's OUR oncologist...)
Montana is lovely as ever, but we might get into the significant negative degrees tonight. Fortunately, we have lots and lots of propane, so we should be good! 😏
Thank you all for the continued prayers and good thoughts!

glad you are home safely!! also glad things are going pretty good over in Seattle with your guys. Praying that Ryan can continue with his chemo shortly.
ReplyDeleteYes, it is cold, they are predicting -17 to -25 depending on which one you listen to. but you know when it is that cold a few degrees don't make a difference.
