Day 450 - Ahh, that's more like it
What a beautiful day! We all woke up to a beautiful 65 degrees, and everyone was so happy. Of course, we also slept in, but isn't that the wonder of not being overheated? We've been going though boxes of Legos from the apartment, trying to 'organize' Ryan's room. We made a dent, but I think it might take a few more days. No worries, as he is just happy to have space in his room to build new things.
We've kind of lost track of his chemo plan, so we have a call into the oncologist team to get us back on track. Labs are planned for Monday, so that's a start. I think we have a week before more chemo in town, but I'm not really sure. His belly opened back up again this afternoon at lunch, but he wasn't in pain, just a little oozing. There was a small pus pocket earlier this week, so it might just be a little infection rather than actually opened back up. We'll keep an eye on it, but it doesn't seem to be causing him any problems. We threw a little gauze on it, and he hasn't complained.
Hopefully, it's not too hot tomorrow!
Thank you all for the continued prayers and good thoughts!
